In today's even faster, more expensive production environments, you face more demands.
The solutions that we will offer on the basis of ABB equipment will provide you with the right welding solution that meets your specifications, regardless of your tasks.
To solve welding problems in our projects, we use robots of the following series:
To solve the task you set, we use only the necessary equipment and will offer the most rational solution.
We do not deal with "homemade products" for dubious savings, so in each project we use only high-quality equipment from world manufacturers. We aim to improve the quality and productivity of your production.
We have designed and implemented into production a robotic complex for welding mining equipment units.
The main requirement of the Client for the project is the mandatory provision of the condition for welding all seams "in a boat."
The proposed technical solution made it possible to solve this issue and increased productivity three times.
Based on the operation results, the Customer purchased two additional similar welding complexes.
Robotic complexes operate in 24/7 mode.
Dimensions of parts for welding in the designed complex:
length - 2800 mm;
width - 2000 mm;
number of welds - 198;
total length of welds - 1.7 km (multipass)
weight - 4,300 kg.
In this project, each robot welds a part on the nearest positioner, a part on the central positioner.
It is possible for robots to work together on the central positioner at the moment of changing parts on the extreme positioners.
In addition, it is possible to weld long articles on an additional table located on the opposite side of the positioners.
Dimensions of parts for welding in the designed complex:
Dimensions of parts on positioners (boating):
maximum part length -3000 mm;
maximum width - 3000 mm;
Dimensions of parts on the table:
maximum length * - 12,000 m.;
maximum width - 2300 m.;
* The specified length applies to a specific project. The maximum length of products on the table, depending on the task, can reach 42 meters.
The complex is designed for gas cutting of metal products, removal of chamfers from parts.
The project uses a turntable controlled by a positioner. During cutting of parts on one half of the table, blanks are prepared for cutting on the second side, thereby ensuring continuity of the process.
Details on the second side of the table are laid out manually. It is possible to install a second robot for laying parts.
The dimensions of the table allow you to use the area as efficiently as possible to accommodate the largest number of parts.
Table dimensions:
length - 2700 mm;
width - 2400 mm;
The complex uses a special technical solution for the installation of a robot, a two-axis positioner, which allows you to ensure the continuity of the production cycle, simplify the programming process, and also use the complex to the full extent for welding roller supports.
On one side of the welding positioner, the operator loads the parts to be welded onto the fixture. The robot, located on the other side, then welds the pieces together. During the welding process, the operator on the second side of the positioner loads the welding parts onto the fixture. After the robot welding is completed, the positioner returns the finished parts to the operator, who picks them up, and the robot starts welding the new parts. The operator, repeating the cycle, lays down new parts.
Dimensions of parts for welding in the designed complex:
the maximum length of the part is 2000 mm;
maximum width - 1200 mm;
weight - up to 600 kg.
Difference between manual and robotic welding

Weld welded by a qualified welder.
Seams are cleaned by means of angle grinder.

A seam welded with a robot.
The seams are sandblasted.
We offer individual solutions to specific tasks.
We use industrial robots and the latest equipment from world manufacturers, apply advanced technologies: determining the location of the part, searching and tracking the seam, tracking the welding arc during welding, automatic detection of the tool center and maintenance during the execution of the program to achieve the highest quality and the most optimized technological process.

TRAININGS
Upon completion of each project, we train the Customer's specialists to manage the robot and the equipment included in the complex directly at the production site.
